PART/FULL TIME BEHAVIOR THERAPIST
The behavior therapist provides intensive one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays, supporting growth across language, cognitive, adaptive, social-emotional, self-care, motor, and communication skills. They are responsible for delivering treatment plan goals, maintaining accurate case notes, and collaborating closely with an assigned BCBA on program development, data collection, and ongoing clinical support. Behavior therapists maintain a weekly billable caseload as directed.

PART/FULL TIME BCBA
The BCBA collaborates with the Director of Clinical Services and the Highlight team to provide caregiver training, conduct behavioral evaluations, and develop individualized behavior and support plans. They oversee the coordination, scheduling, communication, and ongoing evaluation of functional assessments, behavior plans, and individualized education plans for their caseload. BCBAs must follow the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code and all regulations set by the Virginia Board of Medicine. Active BACB certification is required.
